What Analytics and Innovation contributes to Cardinal HealthAnalytics & Innovation, with a focus on Finance data Medical Chargebacks, is responsible for planning, developing, communicating, implementation, and managing/evaluating current processes; this involves working cross-functionally with the company's internal resources. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.QualificationsBachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience4+ years experience in related field preferredSAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Big Query, EDnA, GCP preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office products preferredExperience with innovative analytical insightsBusiness Requirements documentation experience preferredExperience in data management, data governanceKnowledge of Cardinal Heath business processes and systems preferredProject management experience preferredOperational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma experience preferredDemonstrated attention to detailExcellent communication skillsResponsibilitiesApplies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projectsMay contribute to the development of policies and proceduresWorks on projects of varying degrees of difficultyDevelops technical solutions to a wide range of problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectivesCompletes work independently receives general guidance on new projectsWork reviewed for purpose of meeting objectivesMay act as a mentor to less experienced colleaguesConstructs and articulates resource needs to deliver on project goalsGain an understanding of how the Medical Chargebacks processes works at a high level and the challenges Medical Chargebacks face to help us imagine valuable solutionsGain an understanding of the Negative Margin and Medical Chargebacks data landscape and build valuable relationships with various teams involved with Negative Margin and Medical Cargeback's data.Consults directly on data-driven solutions for new service offerings and strategic initiativesPrepares and analyzes data. This can include: locating, profiling, cleansing, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating or modeling.Applies query, data exploration and transformation, basic statistical methods and visualization techniques to create business insights or improve data quality.Produces, analyzes, and shares insights from Key Performance IndicatorsServes as a trusted resource for broad and deep Medical Chargebacks (ex.
