This role is responsible for driving execution of strategic transformation programs linking enterprise platforms, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud transformation, systems integration, automation, and operational technology solutions. The position serves as the bridge between executive leadership, engineering, operations, IT and cyber, aviation operations teams, and external partners to ensure scalable, secure, and predictable delivery of digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Program ResponsibilitiesLeads enterprise-scale technical programs involving ERP modernization, cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, and operational technology initiativesDevelops technical program roadmaps, architecture alignment strategies, dependency tracking, and execution plansDrives integration efforts across enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, analytics systems, and operational toolsCoordinates cross-functional program management, engineering, infrastructure, records, cybersecurity, DevOps, and business operations teams for digital transformation effortsManages technical risks, system dependencies, architecture constraints, and releases readiness activitiesOversees implementation of automation solutions including workflow orchestration, reporting automation, and operational dashboardsPartners with IT and cyber teams to ensure compliance with security standards, risk management practices, and regulatory requirementsEstablishes governance frameworks for change management, releases management, technical reviews, and operational readiness for digital modernization programsSupports enterprise data strategy initiatives including data quality, reporting, analytics, and KPI standardizationSupports vendor management activities for enterprise software implementations, integrations, and managed services for digital transformation effortsProvides executive-level reporting on program health, technical risks, budget status, delivery timelines, and operational impact for digital initiativesTechnical ExpertiseEnterprise systems integration and architectureCloud technologies including Azure, AWS, or hybrid infrastructureERP platforms such as SAP or OracleBusiness intelligence and analytics platformsDevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processesAPI integration technologiesCybersecurity governance and secure system deploymentAgile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologiesData management/governance, reporting automation, and KPI frameworksOperational technology modernization and workflow optimizationOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Aviation Technology, or related technical field7+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs or digital transformation initiativesStrong technical background with experience coordinating engineering and infrastructure teamsExperience leading enterprise software implementations, systems integrations, or cloud transformation effortsKnowledge of enterprise architecture principles, systems lifecycle management, and technical governanceDemonstrated ability to manage technical dependencies, risks, and cross-functional delivery teamsStrong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skillsAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced operational or mission-critical environments.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Scrum certificationsExperience within aviation, aerospace, defense, logistics, manufacturing, or government contracting industriesExperience working with MS GCH-High and maintaining CMMC, and NIST Cyber Security StandardsFamiliarity with FAA-regulated environments or mission-critical operational systemsExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Azure, or AWSBackground in cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture, or operational systems integrationExperience leading multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation programsAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel (domestic/international) as required, 25%Security clearance or ability to obtainPassport and work authorization requirements to work in the USCore CompetenciesTechnical Program LeadershipEnterprise TransformationSystems IntegrationStrategic ExecutionOperational ExcellenceStakeholder ManagementRisk & Dependency ManagementDigital InnovationCross-Functional CollaborationContinuous ImprovementSuccess MetricsSuccessful delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives on schedule and within budgetReduction in operational inefficiencies and manual workflowsImproved system integration, scalability, and operational visibilityEnhanced cybersecurity posture and technology complianceIncreased automation and reporting capabilities across business functionsImproved executive visibility into program execution and operational KPIsWorking Conditions 7 am – 4 pm;
