JOB PURPOSE:We are seeking a results-driven and customer-obsessed Account Services Manager to lead and elevate our inside sales and account management functions. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening customer relationships, and delivering a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience.The ideal candidate brings a strong sales mindset, a passion for customer success, and a proven ability to translate insights into action. This leader will own the strategy and execution of inside sales performance, conversion optimization, and proactive account development, while ensuring every customer interaction drives value, loyalty, and long-term growth.This role plays a critical part in aligning sales, service, receivables, and operations to create a seamless and scalable customer journey that maximizes lifetime value and accelerates revenue.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team focused on revenue generation, customer retention, receivables, and exceptional service deliveryOwn and drive inside sales strategy, including pipeline management, quote-to-order conversion, and proactive account growth initiativesChampion a customer-first culture by continuously improving the customer journey across all touchpointsIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenueEstablish and track key sales and CX KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue per account, customer lifetime value, retention, and sales cycle velocityLeverage data and analytics to uncover trends, optimize performance, and inform strategic decision-makingImplement scalable processes, CRM enhancements, and automation to improve efficiency and sales effectivenessPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on customer strategy and revenue goalsOversee the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from quote through fulfillment and post-sale supportDevelop reporting dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, performance metrics, and growth opportunitiesBuild deep expertise in Clarus products and solutions to effectively position value and support revenue-driving initiativesQUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of leadership experience in inside sales, account management, customer experience, or revenue operationsProven track record of driving revenue growth through sales process optimization and account expansion strategiesStrong customer-centric mindset with demonstrated success improving customer satisfaction and retentionExperience managing and improving sales funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline performanceAnalytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategiesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, dashboards, financial analysis)Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation toolsExceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skillsExperience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plusNetSuite and project management experience are a plus
