Our focus is on fast and efficient service, delivering solutions, and fair costs. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Executive at FREIGHTERS. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating shipments, providing logistic solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is located in Hillside, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales skillsKnowledge of Import and Export shipping processesExperience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with CRM software is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
