As a seasoned professional in sales, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Above Lending.We are looking for agents available to work the following shifts:12:00p - 9:00p CT (remote)You WillAssess clients' financial needs, educate them on available loan products and facilitate the loan application.Engage with clients to ensure they understand the value of our productCollaborate with verification teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceMeet or exceed monthly sales targets set by managementEffectively organize and manage workload without constant supervision; maintain focus and productivity independentlyEffective pipeline management which requires monitoring and tracking leads through each stage of the processManage both inbound and outbound callsYou HaveMinimum 2 years of experience in personal lending or loan advisory rolesStrong history of converting leads to sales with documented success in meeting or exceeding sales targetsTechnological literacy for computer applications along with the ability to assist clients with the process of uploading documents, navigating websites, and troubleshooting basic device issuesGood understanding of personal finance and lending regulations specifically in regards to debt resolution and personal loansAbility to read through detailed scripts and follow compliance standards on every callStrong ability to overcome objectionsStrong desire to exceed monthly sales targetsSuperior listening skills and ability to engage prospects by phoneWhat We OfferConsiderable employer contributions for health, dental, and vision programsGenerous PTO, paid holidays, and paid parental leave401(k) matching program$20 - $24 an hourIn addition to base compensation, this position qualifies for commission.
