General Manager – The Great Greek Mediterranean GrillAre you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and scratch-made cuisine? The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, a fast-casual, scratch-kitchen concept with 8+ locations across Southeast Michigan, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and inspire our restaurant team. Your store's success directly impacts your personal bonus potential. The total quarterly bonus potential is capped at $750, based on the following targets:Quarterly Net Sales Target: TBD per location Customer Satisfaction: 4.5+ average ratingLabor Efficiency: Labor costs ≤ 27% of Net Sales Team Retention & Health: Focus on reducing turnover and maintaining team consistencyKPI Bonus Structure KPI Area Bonus Percentage Dollar Value (Quarterly) What It Means Sales Target Achievement 30% $300.00 Earned if quarterly sales exceed Net Sales goal.
