IMT Software Services is the industry-leading software provider for farm mutual insurance companies across the nation with most of our customers based in the Midwest. With over 40 years of experience and building relationships in the mutual insurance software industry. As an Account Executive, you build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients throughout our entire customer base and will represent IMT Software Services at customer events and trade shows around the nation. If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity, apply online today!A DAY IN THE LIFEEstablish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partnersHelp develop and refine sales strategiesConduct product demos and provide technical training for clientsFollow-up with existing accounts to determine needs and promote new servicesHelp with creating advertising material, direct mail and email campaigns, and other public touchpointsVisit clients and prospects on-site and at industry eventsGather market intelligence to identify opportunities, trends, and conduct research on competitorsHelp organize and participate in annual meetings to educate clients and promote servicesWorks with limited supervision with a wide degree of creativity and ability to problem solveDesired QualificationsA college education or equivalent, plus 1-3 years relevant experience is needed to perform essential functions of the positionActively listens with strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to establish relationships and build rapport quickly and easilyAbility to make public presentations and speechesStrong sales, customer service, and organizational skillsAbility to pay close attention to detailsAbility to analyze and solve problemsAbility to prioritize workload and simultaneously handle multiple projectsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new software productsMust maintain detailed product knowledge and expertise on industry trendsMust maintain valid driver’s license due to required fieldworkUp to 40% travel may be required during specific periods in the yearMust possess the ability to work well with othersBenefits & PerksIMT Insurance is committed to our employees and their families.
