Line Cook
"Brewers Tap & Table" ("BTT") is looking to hire experienced and qualified line cooks.
We offer part time and potentially full time positions.
BTT is GM & Chef owned and managed. We are located at 256 Moody Street in Waltham, MA.
BTT features a scratch kitchen with creative American cuisine, 48 rotating craft beers (with a focus on east coast breweries and highly rated/hard to find beers), boutique wines and craft cocktails. We also have live music several nights a week.
To be considered you must have availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Friday (4pm to 11pm)
Saturday AM (10am to 4pm) and/or Saturday PM (4pm to 11:30pm)
Sunday AM (10am to 4 pm) and/or Sunday PM (4pm to 10pm)
Wednesday PM (4pm to 10:30pm) is a plus
Thursday PM (4pm to 11:30pm) is a plus
Monday/Tuesday availability (for private events) is a plus
We do not hire candidates that do not meet these minimum availability standards. *Please do not apply if you are not available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.*
To be considered for a Line Cook position you must have significant cooking experience. Candidates that can work all stations (grill, sauté, fry, cold) are prioritized (and paid the highest rates).
