Specialist - EDI Integrations

Your entrepreneurial mindset with strong hands-on execution skills will make you a key member within the team who support On’s future growth.Your missionProvide production support for EDI between Key Accounts, third party warehouses and our drop ship suppliersImplement and monitor EDI systems, including data mapping, translation and interfaceWork with end users and other team members to provide production support and issue resolutionHelp define and perform EDI system testing and quality control checkHelp develop and maintain EDI documentationAssists the setup and integration with retailers, vendors and other trading partnersMaintains and reviews the EDI system's performance (acknowledgments, communication, translation) and monitors the status of daily transmissionsAnalyze EDI and data integration/transformation requirements from trading partners and help develop processes to fulfill these requirements utilizing existing applications, utilities and tool sets.Analyze trading partner change requests and specification updates for current trading partners.Assist with creating change requests and participate in development reviews with the global development and EDI teams.Other duties as requiredYour storyBachelor's Degree in computer science or similar information technology field preferred5+ years of experience within an IT, Operations or Logistics environment2+ years experience within EDI, project management and/or implementationExposure to SaaS, PaaS, Salesforce, D365 and/or other CRM cloud solutionsStrong understanding of ERP platforms, sales and distribution, supply chain and accounting business flowsExperience with 3rd party solutions such as SPS Commerce, DSCO and GXS/OPEN TextKnowledge of basic project management best practices in order to be able to translate business needs into IT requirementsStrong understanding of EDI documents and transaction flowsExperience working with Jira and Confluence or other ticketing software a plusAbility to travel internationally 1-2 times per yearAbility to speak, read, and write English fluentlyWhat We OfferWe offer a dynamic, challenging and sportive environment that has been ranked as the ‘fastest growing sports company’ of its time.
