CNC Machinist

Job Overview We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience operating various CNC machinery. This role is essential for producing high-quality components that meet our strict specifications. The CNC Operator will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Mills with a high degree of competency. Including: setting up fixtures, clamping raw stock, loading and selecting tools from tool list. Adjust machine controls and change tool settings in order to keep dimensions within specified tolerances. Inspect parts to ensure they meet specification according to print. Perform machine maintenance as needed. Perform other machine shop duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Experience with general hand tools and basic measuring equipment. Must have good math skills including the metric and standard systems. Have general understanding of basic machine shop equipment and its safe operation. Ability to safely operate forklifts a plus.
