DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neurologist to join our team in providing specialized care to patients with neurological disorders in various locations in the state of Connecticut.Job Description:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, migraines, and dementia.Conduct thorough neurological examinations, interpret diagnostic tests (such as EEGs, MRIs, and CT scans), and develop individualized treatment plans.Manage patients with chronic neurological conditions, providing ongoing care and support.Prescribe medications, recommend therapies, and coordinate care with other specialists.Educate patients and their families about neurological disorders and treatment options.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in neurology through ongoing professional development.Qualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in NeurologyValid medical license in Connecticut StateExtensive experience in diagnosing and treating neurological disordersStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environmentBenefits:Highly competitive hourly rateFlexible scheduling optionsOpportunity to make a significant impact on patients' livesAccess to a supportive and collaborative team
