Alert Site leadership when items drop below set levelsOversees, organizes and coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory processesCoaching/Training/Mentoring control ops, and cycle counters across multiple sitesEstablish and maintain procedures and supervise physical inventoriesSupervise, evaluate, and coach staff membersAbility to collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs, purchase supplies and materials according to specifications and coordinate and supervise receiving proceduresInterfaces with coordinators on planning and forecasting to meet the needs of market demandEnsures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functionsAdditional RequirementsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailEffective time management and ability to multi-task successfullyAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environmentAbility to operate heavy machinery.
