Role Summary Regional Key Personnel responsible for advanced routing/switching, security configuration, diagnostics, and modernization initiatives; coordinates across agencies and host-nation stakeholders to maintain performance and compliance. Location: Europe Region MTFs (Germany, Italy, United Kingdom) Required Skills Mastery of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRRP, and Spanning Tree variants. Familiarity with European telecom standards (E1–E3). SolarWinds/ARMIS/Ansible proficiency for diagnostics and monitoring. Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS engineering and hardening. Documentation, modernization planning, and change enablement governance. Certifications (Required) DoD 8140 – Network Operations Specialist (Advanced level) CCNP CISSP Experience Bachelor’s and 5 years; OR technical school and 10 years of directly related experience.
