In this position, you will work closely with other assemblers to connect components and construct our mechanical and/or electrical products. This role will be part of the Manufacturing team and reporting to a Team Leader. Demonstrate best practice approach in the areas of safety, quality, timeliness of delivery, and efficiency.To succeed, you will needEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Applies knowledge to identify parts that do not meet industry standards through testing and visual inspection throughout the build processModifies various parts using both hand and power tools to meet the needs of each specific buildMaintains appropriate communication with supervisor to ensure efficient and timely productionCompletes and submits time costing sheet documentation each day with the relevant service, project, and billing informationMaintains a professional manner to enhance the company's image with customersFollows any safety regulations necessary and wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as requiredCleans working area prior to leaving each jobAttends and participates in departmental or company meetingsComplete routine tasks according to departmental policies and proceduresWork with direct supervisionPerforms all other duties as assigned.Salary Range: $19 - $24 per hour In return, we offerCulture of trust and accountabilityLifelong learning and career growthInnovation powered by peopleComprehensive compensation and benefitsHealth and well-beingJob locationThis role requires you to work on-site at our office in Saugerties, NY.
