Lauderdale, FLDuration: contract through with possible extensionInterview Type: In-Person OnlyKey Responsibilities:Contact complainants/constituents to discuss filed complaintsReview and analyze complaints against applicable state statutesCommunicate professionally with the public and provide excellent customer serviceExplain jurisdictional decisions and case closure reasonsProvide referrals/resources where appropriatePrepare written correspondence for supervisor approvalUpdate and close cases in internal systemsMaintain accurate documentation and recordsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and interpret state statutesExperience working with the public in a professional environmentStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to meet project timelinesPreferred Qualifications:Experience analyzing complaints or compliance-related issuesFamiliarity with Versa and/or OnBase systemsBachelor’s degree preferred
