Fractal is recognized as a Leader in the Forrester Wave for Customer Analytics Services.THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a senior leadership role at the center of Fractal's Google Cloud relationship. The Vice President & Global Alliance Director (GAD) owns the alliance and corporate motion for Google Cloud as the primary mandate, with potential ownership over an additional strategic ISV partnership. The GAD is the architect and operator of the partner-side machinery that enables Fractal's delivery and account teams to co-sell with the partner field at scale.The GAD's number is Partner-Attached Revenue. While the GAD doesn't own the underlying opportunities (delivery teams do), GADs are an important member of the pursuit team, bringing partner know-how to bear. The role drives the number through executive relationships with Google Cloud, joint business planning, partner programs and certifications, marketplace activation, MDF and funded engagement deployment, co-marketing, marquee event execution, and field-level co-sell orchestration.This is a high-leverage operating role. You will lead a team of three specialized direct reports, serve as Fractal's senior point of contact across Google Cloud's Partner, Sales, Industry, and Specialist organizations, and translate Google Cloud's GenAI and Agentic AI roadmap — anchored by Gemini Enterprise, Agent Platform (the evolution of Vertex AI), and BigQuery — into pursuit motion that the field can execute against.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESGoogle Cloud Partnership LeadershipOwn and deepen executive relationships with Google Cloud at the VP and SVP level across Partner, Sales, ISV, Industry, and Specialist organizations.Maintain Fractal's standing in the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program, including Premier tier compliance, specialization attainment, and certification velocity.Co-Sell Strategy & Pipeline GenerationDevelop and execute joint go-to-market plans aligned to Google Cloud priority solutions — data platforms, AI/ML, Gemini Enterprise, GenAI, and agentic systems.Build and operate the field co-sell motion: deal registration discipline, partner sales engagement, joint account planning with Google Cloud field teams, and named-account coverage.Solution & Technical AlignmentDrive joint co-engineering with Google Cloud's product, partner engineering, and specialist teams — including reference architectures, technical validation, early-access programs, and integrated assets across the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Agent Development Kit (ADK), BigQuery, and Looker.Ensure Fractal's industry and delivery leaders have the partner-aligned narratives, reference architectures, and commercial constructs they need to win in pursuits.Marketplace, Programs & FundingDevelop and own Marketplace strategy with ongoing solution roadmap ownership; drive Google Cloud Marketplace transaction volume across private offers and public listings.Architect and deploy Google Cloud funding programs — Funded POCs, Customer Engagement Models, MDF, FAST programs, and migration credits — to accelerate pipeline conversion.Partner Visibility & Brand PresenceOwn how Fractal shows up across Google Cloud's internal and external surfaces — partner directories, prioritized partner lists, Google Cloud Marketplace listings, partner finder, and external partner pages on cloud.google.com.Direct co-marketing strategy in partnership with Fractal Marketing — co-branded campaigns, joint solution briefs, demand-generation programs, and analyst-relations storytelling.Marquee Partner EventsServe as Fractal's all-up owner for marquee partner conferences (Google Cloud Next, and other strategic events). Own the end-to-end orchestration: booth, sponsorship, on-site executive connects, breakfast and social-hour programming, speaking slots, brand presence, and post-event follow-up.Use marquee events as concentrated executive and customer engagement vehicles to advance pipeline, deepen partner relationships, and elevate Fractal's positioning in the ecosystem.Team LeadershipLead and develop a team of three India-based specialized direct reports covering deal-facing alliance leadership, partner program operations, and alliance marketing.Establish and run the operating cadence — weekly pipeline reviews, monthly QBRs with Google Cloud, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning. Build and run an internal alliance enablement engine that trains Fractal's go-to-market teams on partner programs, incentives, and co-sell processes.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR10+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or partner sales roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on hyperscaler alliances.Direct experience working with Google Cloud as a services or consulting partner or alliance leader; working knowledge of Google Cloud partner programs, co-sell motions, and marketplace fundamentals.Demonstrated history of owning a Partner-Attached Revenue number at scale — a roll-up metric measuring the alliance's contribution to bookings owned by industry or delivery teams. Experience operating as an active member of pursuit teams bringing partner know-how to bear.People management experience leading a small, specialized team across functional disciplines (program operations, marketing, deal-facing alliance roles).Background in professional or consulting services environments; comfort enabling and orchestrating delivery-led pursuits is essential.Demonstrated comfort and capability leading globally distributed teams, specifically India-based direct reports with the discipline to operate effectively across partial hours overlap and the cultural fluency to manage, coach, and develop talent across geographies.Working fluency in the modern enterprise AI stack: Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Agent Development Kit (ADK), BigQuery, and the broader GenAI / Agentic AI landscape.Executive presence and commercial acumen to represent Fractal in senior partner forums and hold credible C-level relationships both internally and externally.(Bonus, not required) Prior experience inside Google Cloud, at a Google Cloud Premier services partner, or familiarity with Marketplace economics and co-sell incentives; MBA or advanced degree.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONEEstablished executive sponsorship across Google Cloud Partner, Sales, and Industry leadership; documented joint business plan signed at the VP level on both sides.Achieved or exceeded Premier tier requirements and progressed at least two new specializations in Google Cloud Partner Advantage.Delivered Partner-Attached Revenue at or above target; achieved Marketplace GMV target with multiple private-offer transactions closed.Fractal positioned in Google Cloud's prioritized partner lists for at least three priority workloads or use cases; co-engineering relationships established with Google Cloud's product organization in priority areas.Delivered a fully orchestrated Fractal presence at Google Cloud Next, with documented executive connects, client introductions, and partner-attached opportunities sourced from event interactions.Onboarded and aligned the three direct reports to full team capacity; established daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly operating cadence.PAYThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is: $150,000 - $240,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.BENEFITSAs a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.
