Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Admissions based in Bronx, NY. The Director of Admissions will oversee and manage the admissions process for prospective patients, providing guidance and oversight in enrollment management, student recruitment, and customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating admission procedures, maintaining accurate records, working closely with financial aid stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all clients and their families. Effective communication and collaboration with teams will be a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Student RecruitingExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal Communication skillsExperience with Customer Service and a customer-focused approachKnowledge of Student Financial Aid processes and related regulationsProven ability to mentor and lead teams effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferredExperience in a healthcare or higher education admissions setting is a plus
