Fleet & Facilities Coordinator (04090)

Adecco is hiring for a Fleet & Facilities Coordinator in Portland, Maine. This is a contract-to-hire position. The role is primarily onsite with occasional travel to locations such as Bangor, ME; Brunswick, ME; Exeter, NH; and Hampton, NH.Pay: $35–$42.75 per hour based on experience Position Purpose:The Fleet & Facilities Coordinator will plan, organize, schedule, coordinate, and direct internal and contracted resources for day-to-day fleet and facilities activities. This role ensures the efficient maintenance of fleet and facilities assets, supports capital projects, provides accurate reporting, and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:FleetDevelop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for fleet assetsCoordinate maintenance and service work with supervisors and vendorsMaintain relationships with a network of fleet vendorsTransport vehicles to service locations as neededManage fleet registrations, inspections, and DOT/Federal reportingFacilitate acquisition and disposition of fleet assetsManage ancillary fleet programs (fuel cards, EZPass, telematics, etc.)Use fleet software systems to track and report maintenance and mileageReview and approve fleet invoices and insurance documentationFacilitiesDevelop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for facilitiesCoordinate service work for HVAC, MEP, security, grounds, etc.Maintain relationships with facilities vendorsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local building codesOversee facilities capital improvement projectsTrack work, inspections, and service requests using a Facilities Work Order SystemConduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds, addressing issues promptlyManage CNG inspections and coordinate third-party servicesTest and maintain security surveillance systemsReview and approve facilities invoices within budget guidelinesQualifications:Associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent progressive experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong PC skills and experience with software systemsValid driver's license and ability to travel as requiredPlease respond to this posting with an updated resume and a Team Member will be in touch!Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.75 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
