Game Day Ambassador (Part-Time)

Summary of Responsibilities:Game Day Ambassadors are primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service through various game day tasks including guest relations, fun zones, and revenue-generated stations.Individuals chosen for these positions must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays and variable hours as assigned, based on the organization's regular and postseason schedule.Game Day Ambassadors will also be responsible for working community events and special events throughout the calendar year.Essential Functions of the JobAssist fans with any questions, comments, and concerns at the guest relations kioskAssist with making the distribution process of promotional and theme items as seamless as possibleCreate a positive and memorable experience for fans through revenue-generated game day stationsComplete all other duties as assignedEducation and Experience RequiredMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with people from diverse backgroundsAbility to take ownership of assigned business areas and address issues as they ariseSelf-motivated with a high degree of integrityExcellent attention to detail, organizational & time management skillsExcellent work ethic and ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and prioritize various workloadsPhysical demands: at least 50% walking and 20% using stairsEducation and Experience PreferredCurrently pursuing an Undergraduate degree from College or University with an emphasis in Hospitality, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Marketing, Sports Administration/Management, Event/Entertainment Management or a related fieldWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:Are you willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed?
