The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in emergency situations, demonstrating strong clinical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. *Responsibilities* - Perform initial patient assessments and triage in emergency situations - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and record patient vital signs - Assist in emergency medical procedures such as airway management and cardiac catheterization - Provide patient education on post-discharge care and follow-up appointments - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care *Requirements* - Valid RN license and BLS certification - Previous experience in emergency room or critical care settings - Proficiency in airway management, catheter care, and health coaching - Knowledge of coding, mammography, and long-term care is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Experience working with behavioral health patients and children is desirable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 36 per week Medical Specialty: Critical & Intensive Care Trauma Medicine Urgent Care Physical Setting: Hospital Experience: Nursing: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: BLS Certification (Preferred) RN (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Monroe, IN (Required) Ability to Relocate: Monroe, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
