Job Title: Busser Location: Cargo 3171 Nealy Way Longview, TX 75605 Job Type: Part-Time Reports To: Manager on Duty Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Cargo. As a Busser, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and assisting the servers and hosts as needed. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Clear tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave. Reset tables with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware. Assist servers by refilling water, bringing bread, or delivering extra tableware. Keep the dining area, floors, and service stations clean and organized. Assist with carrying food trays from the kitchen to tables when needed. Empty trash and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness. Support the restaurant team with opening and closing duties. Follow all health and safety regulations. Requirements: No prior experience required; training will be provided. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
