This is accomplished by understanding business risk as manifested through cybersecurity and compliance risk, and by maintaining a high degree of employee awareness of all security and compliance topics and implementing change management strategies to support our end user experience and enhance adoption of technical security controls. To further enhance our team, we are looking for a Change Management Coordinator Cybersecurity Awareness, to support the delivery of organizational change across multiple cybersecurity initiatives.A day in the life:As the Cybersecurity Change Management Coordinator, you will work closely with the Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager to implement change strategies, manage logistics, and ensure smooth delivery of communications, training, and adoption activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, and who can translate strategic direction into actionable plans.
