Auto Parts Store ManagerWe are seeking a hands-on, operations-driven Auto Parts Store Manager to oversee daily activities at an auto shop service center. This role is focused on leading the team, maintaining smooth workflow in the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving overall operational performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily shop operations, including opening/closing procedures and workflow managementSupervise technicians and service staff to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standardsCoordinate oil changes, maintenance services, and vehicle inspections to ensure timely completionMaintain smooth customer flow from check-in to service completionEnsure accurate billing, invoicing, and cash handling proceduresMonitor inventory levels (oil, filters, parts, supplies) and coordinate ordering as neededEnforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environmentTrain, coach, and support team members to improve performance and service qualityHandle customer concerns professionally and ensure resolution promptlyTrack daily performance metrics (car count, ticket averages, productivity goals)Support sales goals through service recommendations and customer educationQualifications:Previous experience in automotive service, quick lube, or shop management preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentBasic knowledge of vehicle maintenance services (oil changes, filters, fluids, inspections)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage operational priorities effectivelyBasic computer and POS system experienceCompany DescriptionMany of those employed through JobConnection Services find that their positions are temp-to-hire.
