Construction Materials Internship (Level 1)

You also have a "can do" attitude and are ready to take on any project thrown your way - and that's why an internship with ECS will give you all the opportunity for career growth within our company you'll want.Responsibilities Observing and documenting field activities related to the construction processSampling, testing, and inspecting soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel placementPerforming calculations and data reduction of test results along with draftingUsing field screening equipment and documenting readingsReading maps, following directions, and interpreting engineering and construction plansInteracting and communicating daily with contractors, technicians, and project managersGaining the confidence to be the sole representative of ECS on project sitesWant to experience what this job entails?
