A company is looking for an In-House Healthcare Labor & Employment Counsel (Contract, Remote). Key Responsibilities Serve as a key partner to HR and compliance teams on labor and employment matters Handle union negotiations, grievances, investigations, and EEOC/state agency responses Support contract-to-hire potential for the organization Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law within a healthcare organization Experience working with human resources teams and conducting investigations Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or eligible for in-house exemption) Outstanding professional references
