Field InstallerIdeal candidate regions include:* West Tennessee / Mid-South (Memphis, Jackson and surrounding areas)* New England (Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and surrounding areas)Are you a road warrior? Anova is seeking a Field Installer to join our team to assist in the installation process of telemetry devices on various tanks. The Field Installer will be a key player in the on-site customer relationship and quality assurance of installations performed for those customers. The position is full-time with approximately 75-100% travel with travel each week. Based on the scope of installation project and customer support travel could include overnight and weekend stay for lengthier projects. Travel expenses would be covered by the company.Target Total CompensationCompensation for this role is split between base hourly rate, plus a per install incentive. projected yearly total compensation is estimated to be between $75,000-90,000. Position also includes comprehensive benefits package, including, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, PTO and more.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Travel to customer locations to install monitorsSafely perform device installations on residential and commercial tanks (contents can consist of propane, fuels, lubricants, DEF, cooking oil, etc.)Utilize basic tools: screwdriver, tape measure, pipe wrench, drill, ladder amongst other tools plus a smartphone to utilize Anova's suite of mobile applications as part of the installation processEscalate any customer concerns to the Installation Coordinator or Installation Program ManagerParticipate in meetings with customers, sales and installations as a representative of the installation departmentReview and report on daily/weekly progressPrimary job duties would involve travel on a Monday through Friday basis 75-100% of the time including some weekends. Typical work would be regional, with travel by vehicle, and some exceptions with air travel may be required for larger install projectsDraft/create/edit additional or existing training documentation as related to the field installation programTravel to customer locations to troubleshoot installation issues* OSHA 10 course and OSHA fall training will be providedWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Minimum Requirements -High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required1 year of experience working in hands on/technical function or successful completion of a career technical high-school programSafe, confident, articulate, and effective communicator with a hands-on, rollup the sleeves attitude to juggle multiple projects and workstreamsValid standard driver license with a clean driving recordAble to operate a mobile phone to activate and set up cellular monitors for fuel and lubricant tanksProficient with simple hand tools (screwdrivers, tape measure, etc.)Able to manage time effectively and efficiently, to travel through an assigned route with many stopsPersonable with the public, as the role will include end-customer interactionProficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office - Excel Basics are a must, Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, etc.) are a plus!A Front Lines Liaison: You rise to the role of representing the Anova brand, you believe in our mission, and you enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needsA Confident Communicator: Never afraid to pick up the phone and meet designated targetsA Reliable Teammate: Whether you work in the field or remotely from home, you adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our customersPhysical Requirements -Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment.Must be able to crouch, stoop, and kneel periodically.Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.Work Authorization -For this role Anova will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
