A key technical role, an integrator also has essential responsibilities in project coordination. An integrator exists on the uniquely Tait line between technology and art, helping to create the best shows and spectacles in the world.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates integration of disparate elements into one cohesive projectComprises part of field engineering and installation team, ultimately implementing technology on site for the customerProvides boutique customer service for TAIT’s custom businessFulfills shop testing and setup responsibilities, especially for complex elementsPlays key technical role throughout project lifecycleCommunicates frequently with rest of project team about tasks and risksMaintains a basic understanding of all integration-related technical fieldsDevelops an expert knowledge of one or more integration-related technical fieldsEstablishes and cultivates good relationships with clients, stagehands, electricians, ironworkers, project managers, and many other personnelTravels frequently to job sites domestically and internationallyWorks closely with service & support on post-project workPromotes and contributes to internal standards and processesStays well organized and pays close attention to detailsQualificationsFormal Technical BackgroundTheater/Entertainment ExperienceTAIT-Adjacent Technical KnowledgeDemonstrated Leadership RolesAbility to Travel & Work in “Entertainment Conditions”Drug Test & Background CheckBased in Lititz Right to Work in USWillingness to travel on average 100 days per yearTAIT is an equal opportunity employer fully committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
