This individual should be someone who is inspired and self-motivated and who has a strong desire and passion to succeed. Job Duties:Submitting deals to the banks, break down dealsEnsure accuracy and Authenticity of every transactionSigning up customer digitally, docu-sign customersAnswering incoming calls, follow up calls w/customers on missing documentationWork on trouble dealsObtain insurance bindersHelping w/overflow customers in the sales processFollow up with finance lender for finalized funding of transactions. Job Requirements:Ability to multitask.Work well in fast pace environmentExcellent interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and strong willingness to learnAdvance skill with Microsoft Office Suite.Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekendsBachelor degree in accounting or equivalent.
