You'll be the bridge between strategy and results — taking direction from senior leadership and turning it into live, optimized campaigns across multiple brands and markets nationwide.ROLE DETAILSDepartment: MarketingReports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)Location: Tysons Corner, VA — In-Office (Monday–Friday)Employment Type: Full-Time / ExemptTravel: None requiredWHAT YOU'LL DOMarketing Execution & Project ManagementPartner directly with the CMO to execute digital and traditional marketing strategies across multiple brandsManage end-to-end marketing projects focused on increasing lead volume, improving lead quality, and enhancing lead-to-sale conversion ratesBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers across all active initiativesOwn weekly reporting on campaign status, budget pacing, and performance against KPIsAgency & Vendor ManagementServe as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external agency partners (SEM, Paid Social, Pay-Per-Lead, SEO, and traditional media)Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectivesMonitor partner performance and hold agencies accountable to agreed deliverables and resultsManage vendor contracts, invoicing, and performance reviews in coordination with the CMOLead Generation & Conversion OptimizationSupport execution of multi-channel lead generation efforts including SEM, Paid Social, PPL, SEO, and traditional marketing channelsAssist in developing and implementing lead nurturing initiatives to improve conversion rates from lead to booked appointment to closed jobCoordinate direct mail campaigns and other offline marketing efforts supporting the sales team across branchesTrack and analyze lead source performance; surface insights and optimization recommendations to the CMOCross-Company CollaborationWork daily with General Managers across multiple portfolio companies nationwide on localized marketing prioritiesCollaborate on market-specific messaging, creative assets, and campaign customizations while maintaining brand consistencyServe as the operational bridge between corporate marketing strategy and branch-level executionCoordinate with branch operations teams to align marketing campaigns with seasonal capacity and production schedulesWHAT YOU BRING5+ years of experience in marketing project management, digital marketing, or a closely related roleStrong working knowledge of SEM, Paid Social (Meta, Google, YouTube), SEO, and lead generation channelsProven experience managing external marketing agencies and holding partners accountable to resultsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously without losing detailData-driven mindset — comfortable pulling reports, reading dashboards, and translating numbers into actionExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface confidently with senior leadershipStrong organizational systems — you build processes, not just to-do listsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in home services, construction, or multi-location/franchised service businessesFamiliarity with pay-per-lead (PPL) platforms and related marketing channelsExposure to CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Experience supporting a CMO or VP-level marketing leader in a fast-growth or PE-backed environmentCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSBase Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 annuallyThe range reflects 5–7 years of marketing project management experience in the DC/Northern Virginia metro market.
