AI Coordinator

Location: Norwalk, CT Timing: Position available immediatelySchedule: Full-time, hybrid. We offer a fun working environment, with three days in the office (located in Norwalk, CT) and two days remote. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, technical execution, and organizational change. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring AI-powered solutions from concept to reality.This is an ideal role for someone who’s technically curious, comfortable building quick prototypes, and excited about helping a media organization embrace AI and modern development practices.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical POC DevelopmentBuild rapid proof-of-concept applications to validate AI ideas using no-code/low-code tools and AI-assisted developmentCreate functional demos that can be shown to stakeholders and used for validationWork with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to accelerate developmentDocument technical approaches and learnings for broader team adoptionTechnical Project SupportHelp prioritize and manage AI and Technical idea submission pipeline from employees across the companyAssist in planning and facilitating Lunch & Learn sessions on AI tools and workflowsTrack proof-of-concept outcomes and support build/adopt/buy decisionsCoordinate with Technology team on implementation of validated conceptsWorkflow IntegrationPartner with department leads to identify opportunities for AI and automationHelp teams understand and adopt both internal AI tools and third-party solutions (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)Create documentation, guides, and training materials for AI tool adoptionGather feedback and iterate on solutions based on real-world usageQUALIFICATIONSRequired1-3 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or related roleDemonstrated ability to build functional prototypes or applications (formal development experience not required)Strong communication skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiencesExperience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code, etc.) in a professional contextComfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving prioritiesPreferredExperience in media, advertising, or marketing technologyFamiliarity with no-code/low-code platforms (Retool, Bubble, etc.)Understanding of APIs and how systems integrate
