Join the NEEDS Center and grow your career!The NEEDS Center is a local non-profit organization that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities and we are now hiring a House Manager for one of our Orange Park residential homes!Pay is $19.00 - $20.00/hr (based on experience)This is a Full-Time position and it is eligible for overtime.Schedule is 2nd shift and includes a weekend dayIn this position you will assist and support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while enjoying all aspects of Community Living.Responsibilities IncludeServing as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.Overseeing the day-to-day operation of a residential program.Schedule includes afternoons and weekend shifts.This position will include being on ratio at least 2 days per week and assisting with the hands-on, direct care support of the adults in our care.
