Job Title: ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: RemoteMandatory required skill: ServiceNow SLO experience is required. Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Level Objectives (SLO) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with at least one year of hands-on experience in SLO.Key Responsibilities:Experience Required: 5-7 yearsDevelop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.Implement and manage Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform.Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Hands-on experience with Service Level Objectives (SLO) for at least 1 year.Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
