Social Media & Community Content Creator – “Marty’s Place” at Capy Studios(Volunteer with paid pathways available – see below)Capy Studios is looking for a savvy, creative Social Media & Community Content Creator to take full ownership of growing the online world and fanbase for Marty’s Place—a heartfelt children’s series blending 2D animation, puppetry, and live-action segments.This is a high-impact, high-creativity role with the infrastructure already in place and a clear mission: turn Marty (our puppet host) into a beloved online personality and build a passionate, supportive community that helps “Build Marty’s Place” into a fully realized series.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of and grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging platformsCreate, edit, and schedule daily/weekly content for both our general audience and paid membership tiersConcept, direct, film, and edit short “Capy Vision” segments—joyful, authentic community excursions starring our puppet host Marty as he explores the real world with curiosity and kindnessBlend behind-the-scenes, feel-good moments, gentle humor, and reality-show-style storytelling to make Marty a genuine children’s influencerDrive engagement, memberships, and crowdfunding support through values-driven contentAnalyze performance and continually refine strategyWhat We’re Looking ForProven track record of growing accounts and engagement (especially in family/kids or heart-centered niches), work independently with creative freedom while hitting clear growth goalsStrong short-form video editing skillsComfortable shooting handheld/run-and-gun with puppets and kids in real-world settingsExcellent taste level—warm, professional, never cringey, never condescending or talking-down to childrenThis is a dream role for someone who wants to own an entire brand’s social voice from the ground up, with a character and mission people genuinely fall in love with.Currently a volunteer position, however paid internships and paid Work Experience placements are available for candidates eligible through California Department of Rehabilitation or Regional Center services.
