Duties Greet residents and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service at all times Manage front desk operations, including answering phones with proper etiquette and directing inquiries efficiently Assist residents with concierge services such as package handling, reservations, and local recommendations Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to address resident requests promptly and effectively Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, package deliveries, and resident interactions to ensure smooth daily operations Support guest relations by resolving concerns quickly and courteously, fostering a positive community atmosphere Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively to prioritize resident needs Requirements Proven experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or guest services roles; resort or restaurant experience is highly desirable Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse resident populations Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards Previous experience in guest relations or working at a front desk in a hospitality setting preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively community setting.
