Job Description As a Remote Supervisor and Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our security personnel. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of our security team, managing schedules, and ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage time and resources in a remote work environment.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support security personnel across various locations throughout New York City, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Create, maintain, and adjust work schedules for security staff to ensure full coverage. Monitor attendance, track shift changes, and handle any scheduling conflicts or emergencies. Conduct regular check-ins with security officers to provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure job satisfaction. Coordinate with upper management to understand their security needs and adjust staffing as necessary. Prepare and submit reports on staffing levels, performance, and other operational metrics (general information forms, DARs, etc.). Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new security personnel. Respond to urgent incidents or issues that arise during shifts, providing direction and support to on-site staff. Utilize scheduling software and other tools to manage and optimize workforce deployment.Qualifications: Previous experience in supervision, scheduling, or a related field. Proficient in using scheduling software and other remote work tools. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Well-versed in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and ExcelProficient with Apple products, particularly Macbook Pro and iPhones. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism. Availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours if necessary.
