Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Product Development/Design Assistant based in Los Angeles, CA.A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law.Position: Quality Control AssociateLocation: Los Angeles, CASalary/Hourly Rate: $70,000 annuallyPosition Overview:The Quality Control Associate ensures apparel products meet rigorous quality standards. This role manages inspection reports, reviews samples, conducts inspections, and supports quality improvement initiatives. The position is critical for maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain inspection reports for apparel productsMonitor and enforce quality standards throughout productionReview samples and conduct thorough inspectionsSupport quality improvement initiatives and corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issuesEnsure compliance with AQL standardsUtilize Excel and PLM systems for documentation and reportingRequired Experience/Skills:2–5 years of apparel quality control experienceStrong knowledge of garment construction and production processesFamiliarity with AQL standardsProficiency in Excel and PLM systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Experience/Skills:Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldExperience with quality improvement projectsKnowledge of industry best practicesEducation Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferredBenefits:BenefitsIf eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
