Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Brooklyn,NY. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive patient care, including performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating health conditions, and managing treatment plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, educating patients on health management, documenting patient progress, and upholding quality standards in care delivery. The Nurse Practitioner will also participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planningStrong skills in health education, patient counseling, and preventive careExperience with medical documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with healthcare regulations(eClinicals)Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered careActive Nurse Practitioner licensure (state of New York (preferred) and relevant certificationsStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience in primary care, family medicine, telehealth, or a related field is a plusMaster’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
