Ecommerce Category Manager (Patio GM) Ecommerce Category Manager (Patio General Manager)Location: Sacramento, CA 95826Remote Status: Hybrid (2 days a week in office) Role Description:We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Patio General Manager to lead and grow our Patio category at Belami. This role is responsible for overseeing all Patio products and associated web properties, which generate over $40M in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will drive a comprehensive Patio strategy, lead sales and service initiatives, launch new brands and products, and optimize the digital customer experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms. Key Responsibilities:Category Strategy Development & Execution (Pricing, Inventory, Promotions)Patio Vertical Execution, Performance Monitoring & Cross-Functional LeadershipSeller, Brand & 3rd Party Partnership ManagementeCommerce Experience Optimization (Site, UX, Conversion)Data-Driven Sales & Profitability ManagementMarket Analysis, Customer Insights & eCommerce Trend MonitoringRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams) & cloud-based file management systemsStrong understanding of the eCommerce buying process and customer journeyExcellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with strong execution and follow-throughClear and professional oral & written communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and confident decision-making abilitiesHigh level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail with alignment to company policies and goals.Self-starter with a customer-centric mindset and strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAdaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentReliable and dependable to deliver on commitmentsFlexibility to work weekends and overtime, including various holidaysEducation / Experience:Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Economics preferred)5+ years of eCommerce experience3+ years of using analytics software2+ years of team management experience (preferred)Compensation & Benefits:Annual Salary ($105,000 - $115,000 ) + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid HolidaysPaid Time OffHybrid Remote Work Opportunities AvailableCompensation details: 105000-115000 Yearly Salary
