The COTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, strength, and functional independence.Must-Have Skills: Active California COTA License / Certification Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work in Skilled Nursing / Rehab settings Knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic activities Accurate treatment documentation skillsExperience Required: Minimum Less than 1 year of COTA experience required Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred New graduates encouraged to apply based on experience levelKey Responsibilities:• Provide occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision• Assist residents with ADL retraining and functional mobility• Implement therapeutic exercise and activity programs• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising OT• Educate residents on safety and adaptive techniques• Maintain timely and accurate documentation• Collaborate with rehab team to achieve patient goalsCloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295959.
