Human Resources Project Coordinator

Duties:Manages multiple HR projects from start to finish, including reviewing business cases and securing senior leadership approval.Provides regular status updates and communicates progress to internal stakeholders and senior leaders.Supports project teams in building realistic, timely plans and facilitates prioritization to align with business needs.Identifies and communicates project risks early to minimize disruptions and support proactive resolution.Leads ongoing maintenance of the HR Project Management tool (Monday.com).Skills:Experience demonstrating ability to develop, implement and administer new processes and project deliverables.Expert knowledge of using project management tools for HR, such Monday.com Excellent communication skillswith the ability to communicate at all levels.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.Education:4+ years of experience coordinating HR programs or projects.Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP).
