Speech Language Pathologist

Ocean Speech and Learning Center is a highly respected, family-centered pediatric practice serving children from toddlers through teens with speech, language, and feeding needs. We are currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our core therapy team. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families while working in a collaborative, play-based, and evidence-informed environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric communication development, skilled in evaluation and treatment, and values a supportive team culture. We are looking for therapists who can provide services during the afterschool hours, along with additional hours for morning/daytime hours, with flexibility in scheduling. SLPs must have their ASHA certification (CCC) and NJ license. As an added benefit supervision and mentorship is provided by experienced SLPs in our practice. At this time we are seeking SLPs who will be able to work Tuesdays and Fridays during the afterschool hours. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide weekly therapy sessions tailored to each child’s developmental needs Communicate effectively with families and other team members Maintain accurate documentation and reports Ideal Candidate Has Experience With: Early language development Articulation and phonological disorders Expressive/receptive language delays Pragmatic/social communication Feeding or oral motor skills (a plus, but not required) If you’re a dedicated, enthusiastic SLP looking to be part of a trusted, child-centered team that prioritizes meaningful care—we’d love to hear from you!
