Radiology - Ultrasound Tech

Multispecialty Ultrasound / Echo Tech Schedule - On-call required: Weekdays 5:00 PM–8:00 AM, Weekends 24-hour on-call Saturday & Sunday Assignment Details - Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Requirements - Minimum 1 year ultrasound/echo experience required - Must have multispecialty experience: general ultrasound, fetal/OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram (adult), contrast echo, echo stress (treadmill) - Required certifications: ARDMS (or ARDMS RVT), BLS; CCI or RDCS noted in posting - Experience with charting/EHR: Epic Roles & Responsibilities - Perform general ultrasound imaging including abdominal, renal, pelvic examinations - Conduct obstetric and fetal imaging for all trimesters, including high-risk OB - Provide breast and transvaginal imaging services - Execute vascular studies, including arterial and venous duplex scans - Conduct echocardiography of adults, including contrast echo and stress testing (treadmill) - Assist with portable/ED studies and pediatric/neonatal imaging as required Compliance / Notes - Compact license must be in hand at submission - Two references covering 1 year of work within the last 3 years are required - Must disclose any previous work at the organization - Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits - Local radius: 50 miles; can only be submitted to 1 facility at a time - Agency/client offer turnaround typically 7 days; request all RTO/scheduling needs up-front - Must commit to working 3 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
