Process Engineer

Overview In this Process Engineer role, you will optimize manufacturing processes to improve cost, quality, and delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to qualify designs for manufacturability, implement process controls, and lead process improvements in a high-volume, regulated environment. You’ll oversee capital equipment, ECOs, and new technology transfers to boost in-house capabilities. This is a hands-on role that links engineering with production to drive measurable performance gains. You’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence at Flex Milpitas.
