Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Philadelphia for a Landscape Designer and Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include designing landscaping plans, meeting with clients to assess needs, and preparing proposals for outdoor spaces. The role also involves selling landscaping services, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the team to execute projects. The candidate will be expected to balance creative and sales-focused tasks to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to client needs. Qualifications Landscape design skills, including site analysis, conceptualizing, and creating visually appealing designsProficiency in client communication, relationship-building, and assessing customer needsSales and negotiation expertise, with an ability to create and present proposalsBasic knowledge of horticulture, plants, and outdoor materials is a plusStrong organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple tasksExperience with design software like CAD or SketchUp is preferredFlexibility and ability to work on-site with clients in the Greater Philadelphia areaBachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field is beneficial
