The portfolio includes locations in Greenwich, Southport, West Hartford, Mystic, and Westport, Connecticut, as well as Traverse City, Michigan.Position Overview:The Regional Sales Director – Multi-Property is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Westport, Connecticut. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing sales performance across multiple Delamar properties.The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting corporate, group, leisure, catering, and event markets while leading a high-performing multi-property sales team. This role requires a proactive sales leader who can generate new business, strengthen existing client relationships, and introduce innovative strategies to maximize revenue and market share.Responsibilities:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple properties.Manage key accounts and cultivate long-term client relationships.Prospect and secure new business opportunities in corporate, group, leisure, catering, and event segments.Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective clients.Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts.Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-property sales team to achieve performance goals.Collaborate with property leadership teams on pricing strategies, promotional packages, and revenue-generating initiatives.Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and identify opportunities for growth.Represent Delamar Hotel Collection at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.Partner closely with the Catering Sales Department to ensure alignment of business development efforts, booking strategies, and operational efficiency.Maintain brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.Qualifications:Proven success in hospitality sales and business development.5+ years experience managing hotel sales across multiple properties.Catering sales experience.Strong track record in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex sales opportunities.Experience with sales operations, forecasting, reporting, CRM systems, and process optimization.Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to engage confidently with executive-level decision-makers.Ability to travel between regional properties as needed.Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Extensive experience in boutique, luxury, or upscale hospitality environments.Regional or multi-property sales leadership experience.Strong leadership qualitiesBachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
