Our Mission:To positively impact as many lives as possible through the delivery of exceptional ABA therapy!Why You'll Love Working With Us:Be part of a warm, supportive team that values creativity, compassion, and clinical excellenceWork hands-on with incredible learners in our bright, dynamic clinic environmentOpportunities to provide services in home and community settings for additional varietyStart as an hourly team member-with the potential to grow into a full-time, salaried roleMake a direct, powerful difference in the lives of children and families every single dayIf you're enthusiastic about helping children unlock their highest potential and want to join a team that's equally committed to your growth, Adapt for Life is the place for you!RequirementsResponsibilities/essential functions:Conduct and report on speech and language assessments for pediatric clients and design intervention treatment plans in an early intervention settingConduct and report on individualized speech and language intervention focused on developmentally appropriate skillsCollaborate on speech and language intervention progress and goals with parents/guardiansAssist in regular coaching and support to direct care staff implementing treatment protocols throughout a client's ABA day within a clinic settingWrite progress reports on individualized speech and language treatment plans (every 3-months) for each client and request authorization as directedComplete re-evaluations yearly to document progress and continued eligibilityProvide home programming and parent training/coaching as applicable on a case-by-case basisProvide oversight to cases, staff and family to make sure all company policies are followed, and that treatment is provided according to ethical and best standards of practiceComply with organization, state and federal regulations set forth to include professional development, safety training, and confidentiality policiesUphold a positive attitude and conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all timesParticipate in weekly professional meetings and team meetings including companywide trainings as designated by supervisor and organization MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Speech-Language PathologyIndiana license in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent BLS/CPR certification issued by American Heart Association2 years experience with pediatrics with variety of communication, language and dysphagia disordersExcellent organizational, time management, verbal and written skillsPossess a Valid Driver's licenseProficient with Microsoft suiteClear background checkClear abuse registry checkFamiliarity with documentation on Central Reach preferredExperience working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in a clinical environment preferredSalary Description
