Company Description Painting on Park is an award winning boutique art studio located in the heart of Rutherford’s downtown. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site position for a Studio Manager located in Rutherford, NJ. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, coordinate schedules, and manage projects to ensure the smooth functionality of the studio. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming environment for clients, managing customer bookings, leading a team, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role also involves contributing to sales objectives by assisting in promotions, managing inventory, placing orders, posting to social, and fostering client relationships. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain excellent client relationships and handle queries effectively.Team Leadership skills to guide and support team members in achieving operational goals.Sales skills to assist in promoting services, managing inventory, and meeting studio revenue objectives.Experience in Project Management to organize, plan, and successfully execute studio activities and schedules.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, as required by studio operations.Prior experience in a studio environment or a customer-facing role is a plus.High level of organization and attention to detail.Art background is a huge plus
