Job Description
Design Build Machanical, a Crete United company, specializes in the new construction, renovation, and retrofit of commercial and industrial facilities. We utilize the Design Build concept to minimize a project’s timeline while adhering to the customer’s budget. We provide engineering design, installation and support service in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida.Requirements for New Construction HVAC Technician:Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.Reading & understanding blueprints for new construction projects and what HVAC strategy is neededWorking with internal Project Manager & Superintendent and job site SuperintendentCoordinating and commissioning VRF systemsInstalling and testing copper line setsInstalling and terminating low-voltage control on new equipmentInstalling, connecting and testing wall thermostats, carbon monoxide monitors, smoke detectors, etc. and linking fan and louver interlocksPerform smoke tests for Fire MarshallPreplanning and startup of installed equipment.
