Duties
Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning throughout the shift.
Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing environment.
Oversee inventory management including stock control, purchasing, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and minimize losses.
Handle customer service issues with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring every guest has a positive shopping experience.
Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong team aligned with store goals.
Manage payroll, cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently.
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
Experience
Proven management experience in retail or grocery store settings with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and employee orientation.
Experience with inventory control systems, POS technology, and retail math including pricing strategies.
Demonstrated ability in hiring, training, supervising staff, and developing team members’ skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to store operations.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
