Golf Course Laborer

Job Description Navesink Country Club is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join the Golf Course Maintenance Team. This entry-level position assists in the daily maintenance and conditioning of the golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse grounds, and landscaping.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in golf course management, landscaping, horticulture, or outdoor work. No previous golf course experience is required — training will be provided. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and other turf areasRake and maintain bunkersSet up the golf course daily including cup changing, tee markers, and practice facility setupOperate maintenance equipment including mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and utility vehiclesAssist with irrigation repairs and hand wateringPerform landscaping duties including planting, mulching, trimming, and weed controlRemove debris, leaves, and storm damage from the golf course.Maintain a clean and organized maintenance facilityFollow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelinesSupport tournament preparation and special events as neededPerform additional duties assigned by the Superintendent or management staff
